HIPAA Fraud Alert: Postcard Disguised as The Office for Civil Rights

There has been a fraudulent mailing sent on behalf of The Office for Civil Rights (OCR). A postcard was disguised as official OCR communications, claiming to be notices of a mandatory HIPAA compliance risk assessment.
